Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The breakfast was a nice touch, served in a charming stone-walled room and customized the night before. The pool looked inviting, and the decor gave everything a lovely spa-like vibe. Definitely a recommended getaway 😍

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requests, recommend it. Generally, the place was ideal and had helpful staff at reception desk. Stayed in beautifully decorated and new-fashioned double room with a very comfortable bed. Essentials that you need, such as an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat screen TV, were there. The hotel's location was quiet in the largest villages of Como.

Stylish hotel with incredible location in the largest villages of Como. Reasonably spacious room overall, with a very comfortable bed. Location not far from Menangio, the shores of Lake Como and public transport. 15 minutes walk from Jackpot Golf Club.

The lake view was fine, but the room decor felt very austere.

original design, fine views, preserved monastery features
Bath towels feel scratchy!!! Limited electrical plugs on one side!!! Lack of a refrigerator detracts from convenience!!! The breakfast room chairs squeak annoyingly!!! The unheated pool loses appeal during cooler days!!!

Got a good wellness center experience thrown in free of charge when I had a minor hiccup with my room. The location offers pretty decent side views of the lake, even if my initially booked suite wasn't quite what I expected.
The design choices in the junior suite were a letdown-just one metal chair made resting a tough gig, and the breakfast system felt too rigid for my appetite. Plus, echo from the middle floor was noticeable. Sound travels easily here, and it was hard to catch some z's with neighbors making noise. I was also surprised by the spa pricing. 45€ Felt steep for what it offered, and I didn't have access .

The nearby playground can be a bit noisy at times.

The picturesque location near the lake offers opportunities for scenic strolls. An array of fresh Mediterranean dishes at breakfast stood out, especially the charming presentation of options catered to individual tastes. The pool area, while beautifully designed, was unheated was good. The room featured limited seating, which detracted from comfort during downtime, and some mornings brought disturbances from nearby activities. Worth a visit, but with minor adjustments needed for enhanced comfort.
